About Authly

Authly is building prior authorization software for small and mid-size specialty practices—the teams with high administrative volume that are too often overlooked by enterprise platforms.

We start narrow because payer rules, CPT codes, documentation needs, and denial patterns differ by specialty. Authly uses clinical notes already in the EHR to prepare requests, tracks payer response clocks, and helps staff turn incomplete denials into actionable appeals.

This is operational healthcare work, not a generic AI shortcut. Early implementations include human review, careful workflow mapping, and transparent practice oversight while automation is validated.
